Omnitive Designs sells digital architectural products, including house plans, drawings and related downloadable design documents.

Because all products are delivered electronically and become available for download after successful payment, there are no physical products to return.

Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

However, if you experience a problem with your purchase, including receiving the wrong file, an incomplete file, a corrupted file or being unable to access your download, please contact Omnitive Designs for assistance.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, restore download access or offer another suitable solution.

This Return Policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable Kenyan law.
